Callan Solem of Chester Springs, Pa., has three top mounts aimed for the 10 week HITS Ocala circuit that kicks off with an A rated, USEF 5* show on Jan. 16 and ends with a $1 million Grand Prix on Sunday, March 25.
While Ocala is a major stop for Solem on the winter circuit, she also plans to show at other venues to keep her horses sharp.
"I will be showing on occasion in Ocala this year with Imogen de Regor, Davidson, and VDL Wizard," said Solem. "I think that it is nice for the horses to have some diversity in the winter circuit. Different venues, jump material, and footing keep the horses fresh and sharp."
"Ocala is home for me, too, so that is an added bonus," said Solem. "The Live Oak International will also be on our schedule if it looks like the World Cup Finals would be in range by March."
"Finally, the $1 million dollar Grand Prix that HITS offers in their final week is always a favorite." said Solem. "So much to look forward to this winter!"
