DEVON, Pa.- Lovely Leni (Livaldon x Floriscount), an 11-year-old Hanoverian mare owned and shown by Cara Klothe and bred by Dieter Kreyenhagen of Germany won the Grand Championship at Dressage at Devon on Wednesday, Sept. 23..

Lovely Leni DAD Grand ChampionThe mare was unbeatable over the last two days of competition, also claiming wins in the Four-Year-Old and Older Yeld Mares class, the USDFBC Mare Championship, and the Mature Horse Championship.

Reserve Grand Championship honors went to Usher ISF (Cum Laude x Escorial), owned and bred by Iron Spring Farm Inc. (USA) and shown by Quinnten Alston.

The two-year-old KWPN stallion claimed both the USDFBC Colt and Gelding Championship and the Young Horse Championship on his way to the Reserve Grand Champion title.

THE STALLION Championship went to Romanee Conti — Bordeaux x Jazz, owned by Leslie Schmidt, shown by King Santacruz, bred by M. Kostelijk with Reserve going to Mutsaards Winston — Tongerenhof Burberry x Justice HR, owned by Ellen Ziemer, shown by Kaitlin Blythe, bred by J.C.A.M Mutsaards.

The Pony Division delivered one of the most charming and competitive showcases of opening day — a parade of foals, fillies, colts, mares, and mature ponies who proved, yet again, that brilliance comes in every size.

In the Pony Foal Championship, the youngest equine competitors of the show stepped into the ring with all the wide‑eyed promise Devon fans adore.

STARBERRY Je Suis Prêt, a 2026 Morgan colt bred, owned, and presented by Lindsey Berry, captured the Championship title with balance, elasticity, and a maturity beyond his age.

Reserve honors went to Heaven in Hiding RG, presented by Gali Rogers, whose correctness and bright expression signaled a future worth watching.

Elegance and lift defined the filly division, where young mares moved as though they already understood the significance of the Dixon Oval.

Ffrewyn Roulette, a 2025 Welsh Pony handled by Tyra Wiegers, claimed the Championship with expressive movement and undeniable presence. Bred by Jennifer McKeen, Roulette represents the strength of Welsh pony breeding showcased annually in the Kickapoo Ponies classes.

Reserve Champion Elysians Eureka, presented by Nicodemus Aristaeus, showed poise and polish in the Dixon Oval. As both breeder and handler, Aristaeus brought forward an owner‑led partnership.
