"This is a photo of world famous #1 Jockey Irad Ortiz Jr., here in the Philadelphia area this past September, racing horses in a number of Pennsylvania Derby races," said Coath. "He is just outside of the Jockey's area at Parx Racetrack, relaxing a bit before the next race. He is always smiling for the cameras and is a great sport about his fame, but gets right down to business when racing any horse he rides.
