The U.S. qualified again to compete in the League of Nations, the new competition that changed the way nations qualify for the final in Barcelona.
The FEI confirmed the qualified nations of the second edition of the League of Nations, with the top 10 ranked nations set to compete in the world’s oldest and most prestigious equestrian team Jumping competition.
Nine nations qualified again for the 2025 edition: Ireland, France, USA, Great Britain, Belgium, Switzerland, Netherlands, Sweden, and reigning champions Germany, who already secured their place by winning the League of Nations Final in Barcelona (this year..
Italy, won the final spot in the ranking, securing 10th place and replacing Brazil, that dropped out of the top 10.
JUST MISSING out on qualification was Canada, finishing 11th, only 633 points behind Italy after a months-long battle for the final slot.

For the second consecutive year, we’ll see the top nations compete for a place in the Final in Barcelona. The League of Nations will have four qualifying competitons next year, and only the top eight ranked teams will advance to the Final.
