LAKE PLACID, N.Y.--Mia Bagnato of Fishkill, N.Y., on Florida N won the $10,000, 1.40m Open Stake on Saturday, June 29, the featured class of the day at the 55th annual Lake Placid Horse Shows.

In the 1.40m Open Stake, six went clean over the 15 fence first round course designed by Michel Vaillancour, and two went clean over the seven fence jump-off course.
In the jump-off, Bagnato on Florida N won with the faster of the two clean rides, finishing in 26.808 seconds to win over Matthew, who finished clean in 28.938 seconds on Fantastic de San Isidro.
Laura Chapot on Ginola was the fastest of those with four faults, finishing in 25.725 to place third.
In the 1.20m Amateur Jumper Classic, Ashley Shaw on Adico won over a field of 23 entries, going clean in the jump-of in a time of 30.219 seconds.
Hudson Warren on Pembrey Condors Diamond placed second, clean in 31.339 seconds, and Mackenzie Cianciolo on Firestone CZ Z, the only other clean in the jump-off, placed third in a time of 33.434 seconds.
Jenna Bach on Cajulio won the 1.20m Junior Jumper Classic.
