“I KNOW this horse so well and where he’s at in his return,” Moggre said. “My horse felt amazing today and I was more than happy with how he went, no matter what the result. The result, really, was just the cherry on top. This is a fantastic horse show and I’m so grateful to be here, whether I won or not. McLain Ward recommended I come here and I’m definitely working this into my horses’ schedule. I am so happy to be here!”
In the 1.45m Junior/Amateur Jumper Classic, Corinne Sweeney on Calgary 5 had the only clean round to win on Calgary 5, and Bagnato, just before placing third in the Grand Prix, placed second and third on Florida N and Essenar Crixus, respectively.
Bagnato started her outstanding day by placing first and second in the 1.35m Junior Amateur Jumper Classic.
She won the class on Cordiamo and placed second on Ariso.
